Restaurant & Bar
- Is there parking nearby? – Yes, there is street parking available and paid parking available at Edith Grove Car Park.
- Do I need a reservation, or do you accept walk-ins? – We accept walk-ins, however we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
- What type of food do you serve? – Modern British cuisine.
- Do you offer a set menu? – Yes, we have a lunch set menu available Tuesday to Friday.
- Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergies (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)? – Yes, please advise your server upon arrival.
- Do you serve breakfast or brunch? – Yes, we do serve both Tuesday to Sunday until 4pm.
- Is there a dress code? – Smart casual.
- Are children welcome? – Children are welcome until 10 pm.
- Are dogs allowed? – Yes, furry friends are always welcome.
- Is there a deposit required for bookings, and what’s your cancellation policy? – For group booking of 6 and over we require a non refundable deposit of 10 pounds per person.
- Do you offer set menus for larger dining parties? – We don’t, however we do require a preorder to be submitted a week in advance.
- Is the venue wheelchair accessible? – Yes we are.
Private Hire & Events
- Do you host private events? – Yes, we have 3 dedicated private rooms that can host anything from 8 guests and up to 150.
- Can I hire the entire venue? – Yes you can, we can host up to 400 guests across all floors.
- Do you host weddings? Yes, we do, please enquire with our team and they will be happy to share more details.
- Is there a minimum spend for private events? – Yes, we work on a minimum spend and hire fee basis which varies depending on the date and time of your event.
- How far in advance should I book a private event? – We recommend 2 to 3 months in advance. For peak dates like Christmas we advise at least 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Can I bring my own decorations or suppliers? – Yes, we do not provide decorations however you are welcome to bring your own or an external decorator.
- Can you accommodate cocktail masterclasses or bespoke drinks packages for events? – We can arrange a cocktail master class however please be aware we don’t offer drink packages.
- Is there a dedicated events team to help plan my booking? – Yes, our in-house events team will assist with your event from enquiry to delivery.
- Is there parking or a drop-off area for guests? – No, however there is street parking and paid parking available at Edith Grove Car Park.
- Do you have a loading bay? – Yes we do, on Beaufort Street.
- Do you require a deposit for confirming the booking? – Yes, we require a 20% non refundable deposit of the quoted minimum spend.
